My Account

1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, you will need to set up an account to shop with PART AND PARCEL. This will save your effort from filling up your personal information again during your next purchase.

2. How can I update my account information or mailing address?
Simply click “Log In” at the top of the site and sign in to your account using your email address and password. You can change your password, email address, mailing addresses or any of your personal detail in your “My Account” page anytime you wish.

3. What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Just click on “Log In” at the top of the page, select “Forgot Your Password?” link and enter your email address. You will receive a hyperlink to reset your login password. 

 

Newsletter Sign Up

1. How do I sign up for PART AND PARCEL newsletter?
Simply enter your email address at the bottom corner of our webpage or click HERE to subscribe to our newsletter instantly.

2. Why am I not receiving your newsletter?
Most common reason for this is that your email software is marking emails from us as junk mail, and are sending our emails to your spam folder. To stop this from happening, please add “enquiry@partandparcelblogshop.com” to your email address book, after this all emails from us should come through just fine.

3. How do I unsubcribe from PART AND PARCEL newsletter?
If you decide that you no longer want to receive our email newsletter, you can unsubscribe from us anytime by clicking on "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails or click HERE to unsubscribe.

 

Delivery

1. How long do I expect to receive my order?
Local delivery within Singapore will normally take 2 – 4 working days.
International orders are normally delivered within 4 – 10 working days, however please allow up to 14 working days to account for unexpected delays.

2. Will my order be subjected to customs and import charges?
Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the cost/charges and have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
If you need additional informartion on this, it might be a good idea to contact your local customs office to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

 

Placing Order

1. I had just ordered online. Can I amend or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed and paid for, we would have already reserved and put aside that item for you, thus we are unable to amend or cancel the order.

2. How do i check if my order has been shipped out yet?
At PART AND PARCEL, shipping of orders will take place everyday from Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays. We will have to verify your payment before the delivery can take place. Do give us up to 24 hours to verify payment and send out your item(s). You may check your order status by logging in to your account and click on "History and details of my orders" or click HERE

3. How do I use my discount coupon code?
If you have our discount coupon code, you may use it by entering the coupon code at the bottom of shopping cart check out page.  Your total amount will then be modified accordingly. Please note that all the discount coupons cannot be exchanged for any kind of cash refunds.

 

Return

1. Is there a return policy?
Yes, your satisfaction is important to us and this is why we offer 14 DAYS return policy. If you find the sizing, colour, fabric or any other aspects of any item you purchased from PART AND PARCEL not suitable for you, you may return it to us easily. All items except earrings can be returned if they have not been worn, altered and/or washed. The items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Please note that there will NOT be any cash refund. The refund will be in the form of store credit.  Shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

2. How will I be refunded?
Refund will be made by means of store credit on your account with www.partandparcelblogshop.com. This store credit will be in the form of coupon code which doesn't expire. An email containing the coupon code will be sent to you within 1-2 working days once we receive the returned item. Please note that the store credit will be linked to your account and cannot be used by anyone else. And please also note that there will NOT be any cash refund.

3. How do i return an item?

a) Please drop us an email at enquiry@partandparcelblogshop.com and we'll confirm the return details. Items mailed back to PART AND PARCEL without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.

b) All returns have to be mailed back to us within 14 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.

c) Once we receive the returned item, we will process your request within 1-2 working days. Email notification will be sent to you once the refund has been processed. Again, please note that the refund is only granted once returned items have been deemed to be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
