Step 1: Register an account with us
Register an account with us by clicking "LOG IN/REGISTER" button at the top of the page.
Step 2: Start shopping
Start shopping by browsing through the product categories and you may click on the product thumbnail to view more product detail.
Step 3: Add item(s) to shopping bag
Once you have selected your item, choose the quantity, size or color and then click on 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG'. After that, you can continue shopping or proceed to check out. For items that are out of stock, you will have an option of adding your email address to the notification list and we will contact you should any of the deals fall.
Step 4: Review your shopping cart summary
To review the list of items that you have selected in your shopping cart, click "MY BAG" link at the top of the page.
Step 5: Proceed to order the item(s) in your shopping cart
If you would like to proceed to purchase the selected item(s), click “NEXT” to proceed to order page. You may insert the discount code here if you have any.
If you need to make any amendments to the list of items, you can click on “CONTINUE SHOPPING” and you will be brought back to Step 2.
Step 6: Check/Update your mailing address
Review/select your mailing address. Click "NEXT" to proceed.
Step 7: Choose your delivery method
Choose the delivery method for your order. International shoppers with overseas address will be able to see the international delivery option.
Step 8: Choose your payment mode
In the last step, choose your payment mode to submit your order. After that, follow either Step 9 or Step 10 to complete your payment.
We accept the following payment options:
1. Internet Banking/ATM transfers (POSB/OCBC)
2. PAYPAL or Credit/Debit Cards (All transaction charges by PayPal are fully borne by PART AND PARCEL)
Step 9: To make payment via
OPTION B: If you choose to pay via Credit Card or Debit Card
Click on the "Pay with my credit or debit card" and fill in the necessary information to complete the payment.
Please note that we DO NOT store any of your Paypal account or credit card information. All the transactions are processed by secured SSL and encrypted Paypal site. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.
Step 10: To make payment via Internet Banking/ATM transfers (POSB/OCBC)
If you choose to pay via Internet Banking/ATM transfers, you will be directed to the page below. Review the order amount and click "CONFIRM MY ORDER" to proceed to pay via this payment mode.
An on-screen confirmation on the receipt of order will be shown. In addition, a payment advice will also be sent to your email address.
The item(s) will be held for 24 HOURS from the time the payment advice is sent. If payment is not made within the 24 HOURS period, the item(s) will be released to the next pending customer. PART AND PARCEL will strictly follow the chronological order of the pending list and release the item accordingly.
